Usually yes for heavy chests and anything that will be dismantled. Some companies allow light clothing to stay in sturdy drawers. Ask first.
How many boxes will a 3-bedroom house need?
It varies with how much you own, but expect dozens of boxes in several sizes plus wardrobe boxes. The survey will give an estimate.
